These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which LinkedSim provides eSIM products and related services to you.

LinkedSim is a UK-based business trading under the name LinkedSim.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any LinkedSim eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies on our website, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility and device responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is:
- eSIM compatible.
- carrier unlocked.
- able to connect to the network in the destination you have selected.
We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by your device model, carrier restrictions, or regional limitations.
4. Product description
LinkedSim sells digital eSIM products for mobile data connectivity.
Our eSIMs are data-only unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Coverage, speeds, and network performance may vary depending on location, device, and network availability.
5. Purchase and delivery
After purchase, your eSIM will be delivered digitally, usually by email or through the method shown at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping your access details secure.
6. Use of services
You agree not to misuse our products or services, including:
- attempting fraud.
- reselling eSIMs without permission.
- using our products in breach of law.
- sharing activation details with unauthorised third parties.
7. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep product information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every device, network, or destination will be fully compatible at all times.
It remains your responsibility to check compatibility before purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedSim will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or any issue arising from:
- device incompatibility.
- locked devices.
- incorrect installation.
- failure to follow setup instructions.
- poor signal, network congestion, or carrier restrictions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will apply from the date it is published on our website.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Refund Policy
LinkedSim Refund Policy
1. General rule
Because LinkedSim supplies digital eSIM products, refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.
2. Refund eligibility
A refund may only be considered where the eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used, and where the request is made within a reasonable time after purchase.
Before any refund or replacement is issued, we may check our system records to confirm whether the eSIM has been:
- installed.
- activated.
- used.
If our records show that the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used, no refund or replacement will be issued unless required by law.
3. Device and compatibility responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm before purchase that:
- your phone supports eSIM.
- your phone is unlocked.
- the eSIM is suitable for your destination and device.
Refunds will not be issued for failed use caused by an incompatible or locked device.
4. Faults or service issues
If you believe your eSIM is faulty or has not been delivered correctly, please contact support@linkedsim.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue.
We may ask for screenshots or other supporting information so we can investigate.
5. Refund method
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
6. Final decision
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
LinkedSim reserves the right to decline any refund request where the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used, or where the issue is caused by customer error, device incompatibility, or failure to follow instructions.
