Shipping policy

All products sold on Linked Sim are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Once your order is completed, your eSIM details and activation instructions will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure this email address is correct before placing your order, as this is where your eSIM will be delivered.

Most orders are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of purchase. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer due to payment processing or system delays.

Please check your inbox, junk/spam folder, and any other email tabs or filters if you do not see your eSIM email right away.

If you have not received your eSIM after a reasonable time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
