Step 2: Select a package

Every package includes a set amount of data valid for a specified period. This is a data-only eSIM, available in 5GB, 10GB, or 20GB bundles, each with a 30-day usage period. Your package begins when it first connects in your chosen country or region, and it remains valid for 180 days before first connection, so you can purchase and install your eSIM before you fly and activate it as soon as you land.

Step 3: Install and connect

When you’re ready, install your eSIM. Installation only takes a few minutes, but it does require an internet connection. We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel while connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, so you can get online as soon as you arrive.

If you see an EID number displayed on your screen, your device supports eSIM technology.

Your device must also be carrier unlocked to use an eSIM.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Your eSIM provides mobile data whilst allowing you to continue using your existing number for calls and messages, subject to your network provider's settings.
