LinkedSim Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of eSIM products and related services supplied by LinkedSim ("LinkedSim", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using any LinkedSim eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility and Device Responsibility

Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology.

  • Your device is carrier unlocked.

  • Your device is compatible with the destination network(s).

  • Your device software is up to date.

  • Your device is capable of downloading and using eSIM profiles.

LinkedSim is not responsible for service issues caused by:

  • Device incompatibility.

  • Carrier restrictions.

  • Manufacturer limitations.

  • Software issues.

  • Incorrect device settings.

  • Locked devices.

Compatibility remains the customer's responsibility.

4. Product Description

LinkedSim supplies digital eSIM products providing mobile data connectivity.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • eSIMs are data-only products.

  • Voice calls and SMS services are not included.

  • Data allowances and validity periods are fixed as advertised.

Coverage, speeds, latency, and service quality may vary depending on location, device, local regulations, network conditions, and other factors outside LinkedSim's control.

5. Network Availability

The networks displayed on LinkedSim product pages are provided for guidance only.

Network operators, roaming partners, coverage areas, technologies (including 3G, 4G, LTE and 5G), and available services may change without notice due to:

  • Carrier agreements.

  • Roaming agreements.

  • Regulatory requirements.

  • Network maintenance.

  • Technical changes.

  • Commercial decisions made by network providers.

LinkedSim does not guarantee access to any specific network operator, technology, or coverage level.

Where multiple networks are available, your device may automatically connect to the network determined by the eSIM provider or local carrier.

Network speeds, signal strength, and service availability may vary by location and time.

6. Purchase and Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM will normally be delivered digitally via email or another method displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address.

  • Checking spam and junk folders.

  • Keeping activation information secure.

  • Preventing unauthorised access to your eSIM credentials.

LinkedSim is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect customer information.

  • Email provider delays.

  • Third-party technical issues.

  • Provider processing delays.

7. Activation and Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Validity periods begin when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.

  • Data allowances expire when exhausted or when the validity period ends.

  • Unused data cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged, or carried forward.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully.

  • Commit fraud or abuse.

  • Resell eSIMs without permission.

  • Share activation credentials with unauthorised parties.

  • Interfere with service security or technical controls.

LinkedSim reserves the right to suspend or terminate service where misuse, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

8. Accuracy of Information

LinkedSim makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing, network information, destination information, and compatibility guidance are accurate at the time of publication.

However, we do not guarantee that all information will remain current, complete, or error-free at all times.

Customers remain responsible for confirming suitability and compatibility before purchase.

9. Service Availability

LinkedSim does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free service.

Service availability may be affected by:

  • Network outages.

  • Carrier maintenance.

  • Local infrastructure issues.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Roaming limitations.

  • Device settings.

  • Temporary service interruptions.

Service quality may vary depending on location, network congestion, environmental conditions, and factors outside our control.

10. Records and Verification

LinkedSim reserves the right to rely upon records supplied by its eSIM providers, network partners, carriers, and technical systems when determining:

  • Delivery status.

  • Installation status.

  • Activation status.

  • Usage status.

  • Eligibility for support.

  • Eligibility for replacement.

  • Eligibility for refunds.

Such records may be used as evidence when investigating disputes, support requests, chargebacks, or refund claims.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedSim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss, including:

  • Loss of profit.

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Loss of business opportunity.

  • Loss of data.

  • Travel disruption.

  • Additional travel costs.

LinkedSim shall not be liable for issues arising from:

  • Device incompatibility.

  • Locked devices.

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Failure to follow instructions.

  • Incorrect device configuration.

  • Poor signal.

  • Network congestion.

  • Carrier restrictions.

  • Network partner changes.

  • Changes to roaming agreements.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and product information remain the property of LinkedSim or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

LinkedSim Refund Policy

1. General Rule

LinkedSim supplies digital eSIM products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally unavailable once an eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, accessed, or used.

2. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

By purchasing an eSIM and requesting immediate digital delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract.

You acknowledge that digital fulfilment begins immediately and that any statutory cancellation rights may be lost once delivery has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 60 days of purchase only where:

  • The eSIM has not been delivered, installed, activated, accessed, or used.

  • LinkedSim is able to revoke the eSIM through its provider systems.

  • The request complies with this Refund Policy.

Refund requests received more than 60 days after purchase will not be considered.

LinkedSim reserves the right to verify eSIM status using information provided by its providers and network partners.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • "Installed" means the eSIM profile has been downloaded, added, or installed on a device.

  • "Activated" means the eSIM has connected or attempted to connect to a supported network.

  • "Used" means any network registration, data session, or service usage has occurred.

Any eSIM that has been installed, activated, or used shall be considered consumed and is not eligible for cancellation, refund, replacement, or exchange except where required by law.

LinkedSim's records and the records of its providers shall be considered conclusive when determining installation, activation, and usage status.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Incorrect destination selection.

  • Incorrect package selection.

  • Purchasing the wrong data allowance.

  • Purchasing the wrong validity period.

  • No longer requiring the eSIM.

  • Failure to check device compatibility.

  • Failure to confirm device unlock status.

Unless otherwise required by law.

5. Device Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their device supports eSIM.

  • Their device is unlocked.

  • Their device supports the required network technologies.

  • Their device is compatible with the purchased eSIM.

Refunds will not be issued where service cannot be used because of incompatible, unsupported, restricted, or locked devices.

6. Faults and Service Issues

If you believe your eSIM is faulty or has not been delivered correctly, please contact support@linkedsim.co.uk promptly with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Screenshots or supporting evidence where available.

LinkedSim may require additional information to investigate the matter.

Where a genuine fault is identified, LinkedSim may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the eSIM.

  • Issue store credit.

  • Provide a partial refund.

  • Provide a full refund.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact LinkedSim before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

LinkedSim reserves the right to challenge chargebacks using:

  • Order records.

  • Delivery records.

  • Installation records.

  • Activation records.

  • Usage records.

  • Correspondence records.

9. Final Decision

LinkedSim reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

  • The eSIM has been delivered and installed.

  • The eSIM has been activated.

  • The eSIM has been used.

  • The issue results from customer error.

  • The device is incompatible, unsupported, restricted, or locked.

  • Setup instructions were not followed.

  • No genuine service fault can be identified.

Only eSIMs that remain uninstalled and capable of revocation through provider systems may be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
